I can confidently say this hotel ranks within the top 10 among all the Hyatt properties I’ve stayed at. Even though it was extremely busy due to the Christmas season, the front desk staff checked us in with genuine kindness and professionalism. The entire property and facilities were exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast experience for Globalists was also excellent and well worth it. Thanks to the wonderful service and environment, my family and I were able to enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday together. Highly recommended, and we truly appreciate the great hospitality.

This is our second visit here and things have only improved since last year. The proximity to the new east village ski area was great and you can easily access the more “open” part of Deer Valley from there! The staff was incredibly accommodating when I had to ask to switch rooms mid trip because of an illness with one of my children. We were so grateful and appreciative. Service like that is what will keep us coming back.

Absolutely love coming here. We’ve been here 4 times and every time it’s better. If you don’t get the breakfast buffet at Remington hall in the morning, you’re totally missing out. Loved that the east village gondola is open. This makes skiing incredibly easy from the hotel. Also loved the free ski storage. Every morning our skis were out front waiting for us. Such a great place for a ski cation.

The hotel was very nice. The people were very nice as well. I liked the breakfast buffet at Remington Hall the last morning. I liked having the piano to play and appreciated the care taken to maintain it and have musicians come play it. However, we had many issues during our stay. 1. We were told at check-in that the Globalist Lounge had lunch. We left the slopes to eat it and found the room empty of staff and with fruit and dessert only. Additionally, there was no coffee. We reported the lack of coffee and tried again two times later that day; the coffee was never refilled. 2. The food in the Globalist lounge was subpar for breakfast as well. We had just come from the Hyatt Regency SLC and the difference was stark. Berries filled an entire bowl at the Regency and a few were scattered along the top of cheaper fruit at the Grand. Egg muffins were provided rather than eggs at the Grand for the first day. The bread provided did not fit in the toaster provided in the lounge. Hors d'oeuvres were provided starting at 5:30pm (dinnertime) rather than in the afternoon (4?) where they would make sense. Green tea was available only one morning in the lounge. 3. We had persistent maintenance issues. The air conditioning never worked during our stay and was "fixed" 4 times by various maintenance team members. The sink drained slowly throughout our stay. The robes were taken and never replaced. 4. The Ski Butlers service was nice, but they never had availability for an overnight hand wax, which should be a requirement for a ski hotel. We enjoyed our stay, but for the incredible cost of the hotel, we probably wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We had hesitations about booking based on some of the previous reviews however it far surpassed our expectations! Yes, there is heavy construction around the hotel as the area is being redeveloped but it really doesn’t impact much of the stay- particularly if you request a room facing the reservoir. The hotel has so many awesome amenities- the pools and hot tubs are particularly lovely. The service was always friendly and knowledgeable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding for dinner and breakfast. For kids- the play rooms were really fun and they are very welcoming. The ski services and locker rooms are also fantastic. Honestly, I didn’t have low expectations when I came and was anticipating a subpar experience however I was really impressed with this hotel and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing experience. Close to Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley ski resort. Extremely clean and very modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Amenities are excellent....Spa, Fitness room, outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs, 2 shops, 1 sit down and 1 quick grab restaurants. Shuttle services to the ski resort and Park City. Outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating. The food is excellent! Make sure you book the Hot Cocoa experience...soooo yummy! The only ding against them is the parking situation is currently valet only and is kinda frustrating with all of the current construction, but I'm sure they'll fix that as time goes on.

This new Grand Hyatt is so amazing. The lobby, retaurants, and rooms are all beautifully done. We had breakfast at the buffet and were very pleased. Our room was large and spacious. Bathroom was luxuriois. Staff were super helpful and very kind. It was nice to be away from Park City downtown a little bit and enjoy the views of the reservoir. There are a lot of activities to participate in as well, if that's your jam. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Valet and Service were awesome, bedrooms were very very basic for the price. Beds weren’t too comfortable but they had a gaming lounge for teenagers and a great military lounge with free food and drinks. Gym was awesome had some pelotons, pool and hot tubs were good and they even provided free s’mores on Thursday night. Overall pretty great place for all ages and the snow was also very cool!
